August 1 | Mitch Towne Trio with special guest Steve Gregory

Kick off the month with Mitch Towne’s trio—one of Omaha’s standouts in indie‑folk and Americana—joined by saxophonist Steve Gregory. A relaxed Friday evening, 7:30–10:30 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM. Free show. 


August 2 | Matt Cox Solo

Singer-songwriter Matt Cox brings storytelling through acoustic melodies and heartfelt lyrics. Expect an intimate evening from 7:30–10:30 PM. Free admission. 


August 3 | Gospel Brunch with Lelande Mickles & Tyi Hakeem

Sunday gospel vibes return with powerhouse vocalists Lelande Mickles and Tyi Hakeem, from 1:00–3:00 PM. A soulful mid‑day treat over brunch-style small plates and cocktails. Reservations recommended. 


August 8 & 9 | In the Market for Blues – Blues Fest VIP Experience (Jewell on Capitol)

As part of Omaha’s premier blues festival, In the Market for Blues hits Jewell on Capitol.

  • August 8 (VIP night): Exclusive Mississippi Heat performance with Ben Levin, VIP ticket required. Starts around 6:00 PM. 

  • August 9: Multiple blues showcases including sets by Josh Hoyer & Soul Colossal and Yates McKendree with Ben Levin, all happening across afternoon into the evening at Jewell. 


August 10 | Gospel Brunch with Jocelyn Reed
